It’s made of highest quality Yamadanishiki rice from the special region “A” of Hyogo prefecture. One year aged as “namazake” (unpasteurized sake) under 0 (zero) degree C and pasteurized just before shipping. This is Tokubetsu Junmai, but rice polishing ratio is very high =50% as Junmai Daiginjo. Bright citrussy, grapefruits note, great fragrance with delicate fruity sweetness, long elegant balanced pungent. Very aromatic, clean and refreshing sake.
