Before Don Facundo rewrote the script, white rums were harsh, crude and unrefined. In 1862 he created Bacardi Superior following 10 years of dedication to craft the perfect rum. With distinctive vanilla and almond notes which are developed in white oak barrels and shaped through a secret blend of charcoal for a distinctive smoothness.

Havana Club 7 is a premium dark sipping rum. The minimum age of any rum in the blend is 7 years, but the oldest drop is decades old: Every time we make Havana 7, a proportion of the final blend is put back into barrel to age for many more years until it is ready to form the heart of future production. The result is a complex rum with deep layers of cuban flavors that is best enjoyed neat or with your own twist.

Palate: Pure and fresh with a good feeling of softness together with fresh and vanilla hints of milk. A certain finesse and much elegance.

Myers’s Rum, named for founder Fred L. Myers, has been produced in Jamaica since 1879. This molasses-based dark rum is a blend of up to nine rums made in both continuous and pot stills. It’s aged up to four years in ex-bourbon barrels.

It’s rich and almost earthy, with sweet and peppery spices. Vanilla, brown sugar and coffee add sweetness and complexity. Finishes a bit hot to be a pure sipping rum, but there’s a good reason bartenders the world over reach for it to make a variety of cocktails.

Pyrat XO Reserve is a complex yet mellow blend of select Caribbean rums, aged up to 15 years in French Limousin and American sweet oak barrels. Its handcrafted decanter is fashioned after relic rum bottles once hoarded by pirates and ship captains in the 1800s. In tribute to the true Pyrat spirit of social enlightenment, each bottle is adorned with the image of Hoti; Patron Saint and protector of fortune-tellers and bartenders.

Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum was developed after loads of historical research into maritime rums. The all-natural spices and flavours chose gives the rim a rich, smooth taste characterized by top notes of vanilla and cinnamon.
