From the vineyards “Canfulet”, “Bricco”; age: 45 – 90 years; 260 meters above sea level, yield per hectare: 7000 kg. Very selective choice of the harvested grapes, fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. Aging in 25 hl oak barrels for 12 months.

Intense ruby red color, characteristic and ethereal bouquet with hints of red fruits and spicy notes, excellent flavor and body, soft, harmonious and round.

Masi double fermentation method. Fermented wine from the fresh grapes is re-fermented with 25% of whole semi-dried (dried for about six weeks) grapes of the same varieties. This fermentation lasts for about 15 days at 18-20°C. The malolactic takes place immediately afterwards. The process enriches the wine in alcohol, in colour, in extracts and in soft and elegant tannins, bringing also new flavours and perfumes at the same time.

Bright ruby red in colour. Intense and elegant aromas of ripe cherries, raspberries and sweet spices on the nose. Firm and well balanced structure on the palate, with smooth tannins and lively acidity. Long finish with flavours of berry fruit and spices.

OCCI Syrah Terre is a Sicilian red wine crafted from Syrah grapes grown in the warm, sun-drenched landscapes of Italy’s largest island. Sicily’s long growing season and mineral-rich soils allow the grapes to fully ripen, giving the wine its deep colour and concentrated character. On the nose, it typically shows generous aromas of blackberry, black cherry, and plum, followed by hints of black pepper, dried herbs, and light smokiness. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied and dry, with smooth, well-integrated tannins, balanced acidity, and a long, lightly spiced finish. Its bold yet approachable style makes it an excellent pairing for grilled meats, barbecued dishes, rich pasta sauces, and aged cheeses.
