First Taiwanese Whisky made of Scottish Peated malt. It represents the first step in Taiwanese whisky production milestone. The Scottish peat and malt meet with Taiwanese terroir creates the unique Taiwanese style peaty aroma which linked with ancient Taiwanese baked sweet potato.

Color: Bright amber.
Aroma: Campfire ashes, jasmine and cantaloupe, sliced almonds, crispy bacon, roast duck, charcoal- roasted longans.
Palate: Sweet and warm, like roasted sugar cane.
Finish: Long and complexity, smoky.
