Under the watchful eye of our Master Distiller, the spirit is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. This gives its first base of soft vanilla and honey notes. The whisky is then carefully apportioned between casks which have held 30 year old Matusalem oloroso sherry and Tawny Port pipes. It is then brought back together to harmonise in a first-fill ex-bourbon cask, creating something truly exceptional.

The Aroma

Exotic fruits, citrus, vanilla pods, treacle toffee and fig cake.

On the Palate

Madagascan vanilla pods, thick treacle toffee and chocolate truffles.

Finishing Notes

Maple syrup, dark chocolate and spiced gingerbread.
