Bottega Stardust is a Prosecco DOC, obtained by the vinification of Glera grapes, grown on the Treviso hills. It is a product of immediate visual impact, as the green glass of the traditional bottle is entirely covered by a galaxy of crystals. The effect “stardust” makes especially shining the moment of the aperitif and of the toast. The front of the bottle is free from crystals and reproduces by subtracting the sinuous Bottega logo that marks all bubbles of the company. The packaging is completed by an elegant cardboard box.

Chandon Rosé is a little ode to the fruit that calls Australia home, and it sings thanks to the careful blending of wines from the Yarra Valley, Strathbogie Ranges and the Whitlands Plateau. Up here, the cool climate helps the Pinot Noir vines thrive, and that elegant, rose-petal pink hue is their secret little love letter to one of Australia’s favourite red grapes. This bottle is layered with the refreshing flavours of redcurrant, cherry sorbet and pink grapefruit zest alongside delightfully dry notes of hazelnut and biscuit. To bring out their natural, vibrant flavours, the vines enjoy breathing the cool, mountain air of Victoria’s high country.

Dom Pérignon pays tribute to Jean-Michel Basquiat through a special edition of Vintage 2015. This tribute embodies the spirit of innovation, heritage, and renewal, celebrating the meeting of two worlds.

For this tribute to Jean-Michel Basquiat, Dom Pérignon chose a work by the artist that is as meaningful as it is enigmatic, “In Italian” (1983). In Basquiat’s work, as in Dom Pérignon’s vision, the assemblage is a key element for the intensity of the aesthetic experience. This would not be possible without the greatest attention to the material, since both the narrative material at the origin of the story one wants to tell, and the raw matter necessary to express it, with all its organoleptic and aesthetic characteristics, are decisive for the character of the final work.

Dom Pérignon only creates vintage wines; it is an absolute commitment. Only the best grapes from the most exceptional years are used, making each vintage distinct. It is the perfect embodiment of the Power of Creation – an act of creation that elevates the mind and enlightens the world. The luminous sweetness of tropical fruit – green mango, melon, pineapple – instantly shines. It then cedes to more temperate notes, the tingle of orange zest, the mist of a mandarin orange. The wine breathes, revealing its freshness. The bloom after the rain. A tactile sensation of peony, jasmine and lilac. The wine immediately imposes its ample presence, full and massive. A sappy sensation dominates as the tactile is rapidly overtaken by the aromatic. The body unfolds: generous, firm and controlled. Then it contracts, letting the wine vibrate with spices and pepper. The energy is sustained to a scintillating, saline finish.
