Instead of the classic dark brown apothecary glass, this expression is packaged in a striking, stark white bottle. Crafted with eleven botanicals and surprisingly infused with Orange Blossom & Cacao. Rumiko no Sake Tokubetsu Junmai (720ml) is a premium Japanese sake crafted by the Moriki Sake Brewery in the Mie Prefecture. Brewed under the direction of prominent female Toji (master brewer) Rumiko Moriki, this sake line features distinctive labels drawn by manga artist Akira Oze, inspired by the manga Natsuko no Sake. Subtle and delicate fruity hints, primarily showcasing green apple, pear, and light white floral notes.

Komagura Gen Enjuku Junmai Ginjo is a premium lightly aged Japanese sake crafted by the Morinokura Brewing Co. in Fukuoka, Japan. Unlike typical fresh, crisp ginjo sake, this specific bottle goes through a 6-year aging process that creates a deeply complex profile while remaining surprisingly light and smooth on the palate.

The nose brings complex aromas of pineapple, burnt sugar, beeswax, and toasted cereal. On the palate, it exhibits classic ginjo fruit notes (apple, melon) paired with savory, creamy umami, cheddar accents, and a long nutty finish.
