Hardy Legend 1863 is a premium Cognac celebrating the founding year of the House of Hardy, known for its elegant blend of Petite Champagne, Borderies, and Fins Bois eaux-de-vie. It features a distinctive bottle with a rooster emblem, offering notes of citrus, coffee, marmalade, and vanilla with a long, smooth finish.

The nose offers vanilla and citrus, while the palate brings marmalade, coffee, and sometimes hints of nutty, caramel, or dried fruit flavors. Suitable for sipping neat, on ice, or in high-end cocktails like the “Smooth Bacalan”.

Fully matured in sherry casks for 12 years, this Tomatin Single Malt is packed full of rich, decadent flavours. Caramelised apple and pear lead, balanced with a wonderful mix of sultana, orange peel, apricot and hints of aged leather. Deeper on the palate with notes of chocolate fudge and manuka honey, along with dried fruit and nut. The finish is warm and round with a sweet, cinnamon spice.

Bushmills 12 Year Old is a marriage of single malts matured for a minimum of 12 years in hand-selected Oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels, including a finish of six months in marsala barriques. These dark, sweet Italian fortified wine casks impart further succulent spiced dried fruit notes and a decadent honey sweetness.

To craft The GlenAllachie Wine Cask Series, Master Blender Billy Walker first expertly matured our spirit in the finest American oak ex-Bourbon barrels, before transferring the whisky into hand-selected European wine barriques for secondary aging. Billy added a distinctive twist to this release by ultimately blending four exceptional wine cask finishes into one unique expression: The Cuvée Wine Cask Finish.

The next release of our Cuvée, bottled in 2023, is a harmonious marriage of whisky matured in barriques which previously held premium red wine. The finest casks were hand-picked from the French AOC (Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée) regions of Languedoc and Médoc whilst, across the border, Grattamacco and Recioto della Valpolicella barriques from Italy were sourced to host our honeyed spirit.

Once expertly blended, the resulting golden liquid delivers an exceptionally opulent drinking experience. Expect layers of robust red fruits and gentle spice alongside hints of citrusfrom this smooth yet characterful limited malt.

This limited expression is bottled unchilfiltered for flavour with no added colouring at 48% ABV.

The influence of the European oak is unmissable, with a touch of dryness balanced with the vibrancy of wood spices, smoked oak and roasted coffee. Barbeque sweetness and a crack of black pepper is complemented with rich fruit cake and dried fruits. A drop of water opens the smoke and fruity sweetness from the wine casks, bringing a beautiful balance as notes of apple and pear grow with the dram.

Octomore 14.2 uses the same barley varietal and is malted to the same PPM as the 14.1, but the liquids diverge profoundly with the influence of wine and sherry casks on the 14.2 spirit.

As Grappa continues to gain favor with today’s sophisticated consumers, Castello Banfi Grappa is playing a key role in this spirit’s surging popularity.

Unlike brandy, which is distilled from wine, Grappa is distilled from the soul of the grape – the solids left behind when the juice of the grape starts on its journey to becoming wine. After the juice has been extracted from the grapes, the pomace is distilled by discontinuous steam in copper patent stills. It is then refi ned in small oak barriques to yield a grappa praised for its smoothness and depth.
