Ripe plums and dark berry fruits support a lovely rich and mouth filling wine which many would describe as ‘Quintessential McLaren Vale’ shiraz. Importantly, the bright fruits are balanced by firm, sandy tannins from the vineyard and an acid structure that will enable the wine to develop for decades.
