A bright ruby red colour with tones of violet. The delicate nose offers exquisite aromas of red fruits including sour cherries and fresh strawberries as well as ­oral perfumes of roses, violets, and wild ­flowers. Subtle notes of fresh tobacco intermingle with candied aromas over a backdrop of dulce de leche (caramel). Generally smooth on the palate with rich acidity on the mid-palate that lends juiciness and heightens the fruit. The tannins are very smooth and round, and the weight on the palate lends character and structure to this Pinot Noir, leading to a long, elegant finish with abundant coastal-climate typicity.

Deep red with a violet hue, aromas of black and red berries with notes of prunes and creme de cassis round out the nose. Aged for 10 months in French oak brings about hints of chocolate, jam and vanilla intertwined with the fruit.

Vanilla and caramel aromas blend with those characteristic of the variety. The palate is well balanced with rich natural acidity that makes this a fresh and juicy wine. It’s perfectly rounded tannins lend good structure and a sweet sensation that is very characteristic of our Limited Selection Pinot Noir. It has medium volume and good persistence with an elegant and very fruity finish.
