OPUS ONE 2018 – 750MLThe 2018 Opus One is a highly acclaimed, full-bodied red wine from the Napa Valley, USA, noted for its elegance and classic style. It was produced after a growing season with “idyllic growing conditions,” and features a blend primarily of Cabernet Sauvignon.
Aroma: A bouquet of blackberry, cassis, and black cherry, with notes of violet, white pepper, rose petals, and hints of licorice, dark chocolate, and orange zest.
Palate: Fresh and juicy black-fruit flavors, with a smooth, creamy texture and refined tannins.
Finish: A long, persistent, and elegant finish with a lingering mineral note.
Blend: 84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Petit Verdot, 5% Merlot, and 4% Cabernet Franc, and 1% Malbec.

ORBEN – 750ML (OUT OF STOCK)Orben is a wine from the Rioja region. It is produced by the Bodegas Orben, the youngest winery from the Artevino Group, which also is home to Viña Izadi and Finca Villacreces, known for the exceptional quality of their wines, and Bodeges Vetus.
The grapes used to make Orben come from vines grown on 79 microplots in Laguardia, la Rioja Alavesa. A region where the mediterranean and atlantic climates meet, resulting in mild temperatures for most of the year.
The wine is a blend of Tempranillo (97%) and Graciano (3%) grapes. The vineyards used were planted between 1945 and 1954 on calcareous clay soils.
As for the winemaking process, the harvest is carried out manually using 15kg capacity boxes. The grapes then pass through a selection table. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, while maolactic fermentation takes place in barrels. Finally, the wine is aged for 12 months in fine grained French Oak Barrels.
