Glenfiddich 26-Year-Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky was created to honor the distillery’s long, continuous line of family ownership since its founding by William Grant in 1887. It is matured for over a quarter century exclusively in American Oak, ex-bourbon casks straight from Kentucky. The “Quercus Alba” wood used in these casks imparts subtle spices and vanilla notes throughout the aging process, and contributes to an overall soft and delicate whisky.

The world renowned Glenfiddich 40 year old is made from a remnant vatting process, where selected individual casks are married together with a previous 40 year old vatting. Each bottle is individually numbered and wrapped in hand-stitched calf leather, and accompanied by a leather bound book telling its 40 year old story, with certification hand-signed by Glenfiddich’s longest-serving craftsmen. Less than 1000 bottles are released to the world each year.

An exceptional, silky smooth and luxurious taste with intense dried fruit flavours of christmas cake, dates, raisins and stewed apples. Plenty of dark chocolate and a long and satisfying finish.

Glenglassaugh 12 Year Old, Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a harmonious balance of the signature coastal style; lush, tropical and coastal. It is matured in Bourbon, Sherry , Red Wine Casks and provides a nose of ripe apricot, figs and vanilla, with flavours of pistachio, dates, sweet fig, morello cherry and whipped cream.

Elegant but full bodied this whisky has spent ten years maturing in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before being extra-matured for a further two years in Oloroso and PX Sherry casks from Jerez in Spain.

Introduced in 1979, the Highland Park 12 year old is the whisky that started it all for Highland Park! At the very heart of our their range and reveals rich, well balanced malty tones, with the subtle floral smoke which makes Highland Park such a distinguishing single malt whisky.

This is a wonderfully rich and complex single malt. Opening with rich and spicy aromas of crème brulee, heather honey and crumbled cinnamon, intensely fruity notes follow – fresh pineapple dressed with a scattering of sun-kissed lemon zest. There’s a hint of freshly-baked sponge cake too, warm from the oven, and you’ll find cinnamon again, but toasted shards this time. Citrus and vanilla notes linger in the aromatic waves of peat smoke.

To create 15 Year Old Viking Heart, Gordon Motion, our Master Whisky Maker, selected predominantly sherry seasoned European oak casks to deliver warm, spicy notes and sherry seasoned American oak casks to provide a balance of sweet vanilla. Expertly adding just a few refill casks to soften and smooth the flavours, Gordon chose to bottle at 44% ABV to allow the whisky’s vibrant fruitiness and distinctive heathery peat smoke to shine through.
