Bottega White Gold Spumante is known for its elegant and refined character. It is crafted using Glera grapes, the same grape variety used in Prosecco. The wine undergoes the Charmat method, a traditional Italian sparkling wine-making technique. This method involves a second fermentation in stainless steel tanks to create the effervescence.

The wine is characterized by its pale straw color with greenish reflections. It offers floral and fruity aromas, including notes of apple and pear. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing, with a fine and persistent perlage (bubbles). The finish is clean and lively, making it a delightful choice for celebrations or as an aperitif.
