THE SINGELTON Of Dufftown 25 Year. Aged in ex-Bourbon casks in the Dufftown Distillery in Dufftown, Speyside, this single malt pours as a light orange gold with a nose that is smooth and round, subtly hinting at notes of tropical fruit. The palate proves to be spicier and even more tropical, with layers of pears, passionfruit and even pineapple. The finish is lengthy and designed to be approachable, ideal for introducing new aficionados to the world of scotch.

The Singleton Glen Ord 12 Years is a fruity, well-composed Singleton that manages to be both light and smooth without compromising any depth of flavour or fullness of palate.

NOSE – Winy top notes rapidly evolve into plummy fruits offset by zesty, oily orange peel. Then, rich caramel toffees, chocolate and malty biscuits.

PALATE – Subtly coating, with a clever balance of gentle fruit tartness and gingery, rich, sweet malt. Becoming lighter and cleaner on the palate.

FINISH – A beautiful balance of lightly cleansing fruit notes and gingery toasted maltiness; a smooth texture, like good chocolate slowly melting on the tongue.

Glen Ord is one of three distilleries (along with Dufftown and Glendullan) which use The Singleton brand. The 15 Year Old is rich and complex with notes of ginger, vanilla and melon.

When Tomatin Distillery was established in 1897, the isolated and idyllic setting of  Tomatin was almost perfect. However there wasn’t a local workforce; the local inhabitants were scattered shepherds and cattle drovers. The company began a project of construction to accommodate its workforce. Since that time the distillery has been at the heart of the community and the community at the heart of the distillery. This legacy has continued and Tomatin remains one of the few distilleries to provide a home for its dedicated craftsmen.Time in Bourbon barrels and Virgin Oak casks brings a light sweetness to The Tomatin Legacy, a non-peaty scotch which boasts aromas of vanilla bean, white chocolate and cinnamon. On the palate gentle waves of fresh fruit peppered with ginger emerge ahead of a light, clean finish.

Multi-award winning Tomintoul Speyside Glenlivet Single Malt Scotch Whisky Aged 16 Years has been lovingly crafted, from a selection of the finest bourbon casks, each aged for at least sixteen years. Amber-gold in color, with soft fruits and hints of hazelnut and vanilla. Full-flavored, nutty with spicy overtones. Creamy and velvety at first, with a spicy finish.
