A spirit created in 1928, Pernod anise spirit soon built itself a reputation. Now established in over 110 countries, from the United States to Japan, this authentic aperitif is renowned for its subtle flavour with essences of star anise. Extremely refreshing, it is drunk in the most prestigious restaurants and hotels all over the world.

Colorless pisco, brilliant, with silver sparkles, elaborated with Rose Muscatel and Muscat of Alexandria grape varieties. It has an exuberant floral scent with notes of roses and jasmines, in addition to candied citrus peels. In the palate, it is appetizing, greedy, round, and even creamy, with a long and persistent aftertaste.

This grape liquor is made in the Limari Valley using a unique discontinuous distillation process in copper stills. This is the only way to maintain the terpene aroma from the muscatel variety.

Vaccari Sambuca was launched in 1990 and named after the creator of Galliano, the distiller Arturo Vaccari. Distilled in Italy, the spirit owes its soft and pure anise flavour to a unique distilling process using a very rare Chinese star anise.
